Sonia Pires is on a mission to help busy individuals around the planet commit to their health and fitness.
In 2011 Sonia decided to move to the UK and start a new life pursuing her dreams. One of which was to help people with their health & fitness.
Since she qualified as a Personal Trainer 6 years ago, she has helped people achieve their results with her holistic method. She’s a firm believer in the correlation between human emotions and the decisions we make as a result of that.
Her method is focused on creating effective and time-saving strategies that will help her clients adopt healthy habits without feeling overwhelmed.
When she’s not coaching clients you can find her jogging around London or choking people out in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
