 Sonia Pires is on a mission to help busy individuals around the planet commit to their health and fitness.

 ​In 2011 Sonia decided to move to the UK and start a new life pursuing her dreams. One of which was to help people with their health & fitness.

 ​Since she qualified as a Personal Trainer 6 years ago, she has helped people achieve their results with her holistic method. She’s a firm believer in the correlation between human emotions and the decisions we make as a result of that.

 ​Her method is focused on creating effective and time-saving strategies that will help her clients adopt healthy habits without feeling overwhelmed.

 ​When she’s not coaching clients you can find her jogging around London or choking people out in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
